Ann Arbor has a herd of gazelle-like companies, picking up speed and revealing themselves to be one of the primary drivers of high-tech job growth, with the top 10 fastest growing creating over 600 new jobs, 26% of the job gains and 14% of total jobs.

On June 12th, 3 - 7 pm, many of these "gazelles", located in downtown Ann Arbor's tech hub, are opening their doors to the public for the inaugural A2 Tech Trek Open House. Join a dynamic group of students, technology experts and community leaders for the second annual 24-hour Toledo Smart Cities Hackathon.

Hackathon teams will compete for prize money while solving some of the biggest challenges facing the region such as transportation and safe water, while examining how technology could help improve everyday life in Northwest Ohio.
